Our Mission & Values

We value and acknowledge Christ as the Head of our church and submit ourselves and all our activities to His will and good pleasure (Eph. 1:22-23). We value His gifts to the church and the empowering and anointing of His Holy Spirit. We value the pursuit of full devotion to Christ, faithful stewardship, and the pursuit of kingdom goals (Matt.6:33)

We value the Bible as the Word of God and the final authority in our beliefs and practices. We strive to teach God’s Word with integrity and authority so that seekers find Christ and believers mature in Him and are thoroughly equipped for every good work (2 Tim. 3:16,17).

We value our people’s commitment to and full participation in fellowship in biblically functioning small groups where they may experience a sense of community and close relationships, reach the lost, exercise their gifts, be shepherded, and grow into maturity in Christ likeness (Acts 2:42-46).

We value the unchurched and seekers (especially the poor and marginalized) of all races and nationalities. We will use every available Christ-honoring means to spread God’s love, pursue, win, and disciple them (Luke 19:10). This includes: creating an environment of inclusiveness, acceptance, being seeker sensitive and culturally relevant. We value serving the community (Luke 4:18, 19; Micah 6:8).

We value God’s gifts to His people. We seek to develop, equip and mobilize all our uniquely designed and gifted people to effectively accomplish their respective work of ministry (Eph. 4:11-13). We value ministry excellence. We seek to honor God and inspire people by maintaining a high standard of excellence in all our ministries and activities (2 Cor. 8:7, Col. 3:23-24).

We value servant leadership. We believe that we should be led by men and women who meet the biblical requirements of Christian leadership. (1 Tim 3:1-13, Phil.2:4-11) Developing and growing the leadership pipeline is an important role and priority.
